As a Managing Director of Operations for Sheridan Road, Jeremy Weith is a retirement plan services professional, experienced in plan design, compliance and investments for middle market companies. He is passionate about partnering with employers to develop an effective retirement program that can provide a meaningful benefit for themselves, as well as for plan participants.
Jeremy builds strong relationships based on trust and confidence that begin by listening to understand the client’s needs and goals. By presenting the options which address those needs and providing outstanding personal and professional service, Jeremy’s clients are able to focus on their business and have peace of mind that their employees can retire with integrity.
Jeremy has been dedicated to helping plan sponsors and participants pursue their retirement goals for more than 13 years. He has completed the Retirement Plan Fundamentals certification through the American Society of Pension Professional & Actuaries (ASPPA). He also earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designation demonstrating his ability to implement a prudent process into his own investment practices, as well as being able to assist others in implementing proper policies and procedures. Jeremy graduated from the University of Wisconsin in Whitewater with a degree in Finance and Business Law.
Jeremy generously volunteers his time and leadership skills to a variety of organizations that he can impact both personally and professionally. He works closely with the Prudential Financial Advisory Council, Nuveen DCIO Advisory Council Meeting, TIAA Advisory Board and OneAmerica Retirement Advisor Council. To help improve the lives of others in his local community, he works with The Boy Scouts of America, Beautiful Savior Church, Kohl’s Cares and the Big Brothers and Sisters Program. He is especially proud of being named the Big Brother of the Year for McHenry County in 2011 and for the State of Illinois in 2012 in recognition of his service and support to his Little Brother, Harry.
Though spending time with his family is his top priority when away from the office, Jeremy enjoys traveling, back country skiing and home brewing craft beer.
